Group Ukrposhta shipments into registers to simplify the delivery process
The module is an add-on to the Odoo Ukrposhta integration solution.

Odoo App Installation
Upload modules
Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.
Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.
Update App List
After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.
Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.
Activate the App
Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.
* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.

Follow the instructions in the module description to complete the installation process and start using the app.

Usage
After installation, the module adds the Registers section to the Delivery Hub menu to manage shipment registers.
Creating a Register
You can group shipments into a register in the following ways:
- From the Registers menu
- From the Waybills menu
- From the waybill form
In the Registers menu, to group shipments and create a new register, perform the following actions:

01Click the New button

02Select your Ukrposhta Account

03Select the Shipment Type

04Click Add a line on the Waybills tab to select tracking numbers

05Click Create to generate the shipment register
In the Waybills menu, select the waybills you want to group into a shipment register and choose the Add to Register action.
The Add to Register action is also available directly from the waybill form.
If some added waybills cannot be included in the register, a Message is displayed in the list.
Actions with Registers
After creation, the module generates a shipment register ID and a document for printing. The following actions are available for generated registers:
- Sync: receive updated information from Ukrposhta regarding the register
- Print: print the shipment register document
- Disband: disband the shipment register and archive the record in Odoo
An example of a printed shipment register document (Form 103 for a group of letters):
To add a waybill to an existing register, select the tracking number and click the plus (+) button.
