Print Product Barcode Labels for Stock Operations
The module extends the functionality of the Inventory management menu in Odoo by providing an alternative print wizard and new ready-made label templates. This convenient tool allows you to efficiently configure label print settings and print them in a few clicks.

Odoo App Installation
Upload modules
Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.
Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.
Update App List
After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.
Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.
Activate the App
Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.
* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.

Follow the instructions in the module description to complete the installation process and start using the app.

Generating the Label List
After installation, the module provides the ability to generate a label list for printing from the following Odoo documents:
- Transfers: Inventory — Operations — Transfers menu
- Inventory Adjustments: Inventory — Operations — Adjustments menu
- Products: Inventory — Products — Products or Product Variants menu
- Lots/Serial Numbers: Inventory — Products — Lots / Serial Numbers menu
- Packages: Inventory — Products — Packages menu
- Locations: Inventory — Configuration — Locations menu
Labels from Stock Transfers
To generate a label list for printing from a stock transfer operation, go to the Inventory menu and open an operation under Operations — Transfers. Then, select the Custom Product Labels action in the Print menu to open the print wizard.
In the print wizard, a product label list is generated with the corresponding quantity according to the transfer operation. To make sure that all products are from the selected operation, enable the Picking field visibility. Then, the transfer operation number is displayed in the list.
Labels for Inventory Adjustments
During inventory adjustments, you can update outdated labels or print new ones for overstocked products. Labels are essential for quick product identification, ensuring accounting accuracy, and simplifying the comparison of physical stock with inventory data.
To print labels, select the inventory lines from the Inventory Adjustments list or open one of them. Then, to open the print wizard, select the Custom Product Labels action in the Print menu.
According to the selected inventory lines, a label list is generated in the print wizard with corresponding quantities.
Product Labels for Scrap
Damaged products may also require labels to mark and determine them from undamaged stock. From the Scrap Orders list, select scrap documents or open one of them. Similarly, open the print wizard via the Print menu by selecting the Custom Product Labels action.
In the print wizard, the corresponding scrap document is displayed in the label list. To see it, enable the visibility of the Scrap field in the list settings.
Labels for Lots / Serial Numbers
For products with lot tracking or serial numbers, you can add the lot (serial) number to the label. Open the lot list, select the required items, and click Custom Product Labels in the Print menu.
In the print wizard, a product label list is generated for the selected lots/serial numbers in corresponding quantities. If necessary, enable the visibility of the Lot/Serial field in the list settings.
The print wizard includes the Lot/Serial Labels template for product lots. Select this template and click the Print button.
Labels for Packages
When using packages for product packing, the module provides a dedicated menu for printing this label type. To generate labels linked specifically to packages, select the Custom Package Labels action in the Print menu.
Generated labels are linked to packages rather than products. The product on the label is specified only when the package contains a single product item (1). If a package contains multiple products, a special placeholder Blank Product is used (2).
In the list settings, you can enable the visibility of the Package field to view linked packages.
This add-on module comes with six label templates, one of which is designed for packages. Select the Package Labels template and click Print.
Labels for Stock Locations
With an extensive location structure for storing goods, it is important to label it using barcode and QR code labels. To print location labels, select locations and choose the Custom Location Labels action in the Print menu.
In the print wizard, you can enable the visibility of the Location field in the list settings to display the stock location.
The module includes a label template for stock locations. Select Location Labels from the list of available templates and click the Print button.
Additional Settings
The module extends the print wizard with special settings for calculating label quantities based on transfer state and product availability type.
Label Quantity from Transfers
A stock transfer can be in several states, so the quantity of labels to print may vary. Toggle the option to select the print label quantity and specify one of the following quantity types: Demand or Done.
The quantity of labels to print changes automatically depending on the selected quantity type and transfer state.
Quantity Based on Product Stock
The print wizard allows you to populate the label quantity based on product stock in locations. To do this, open the Options tab, in the Inventory section, select Stock Locations, and specify the Stock Availability Type.
To change the product availability type, select the desired type and click Set Quantity.
After this, the label quantity changes automatically according to the selected product availability type.

App Extensions
