Rozetka XML Feeds

After installing the module, open the feed list to prepare one of them for your needs. Go to the Website — eCommerce — Products — Product Data Feeds menu.

The module comes with a ready-to-use data feed template configured according to Rozetka requirements.

Feed Products

First, determine which products to include in the data feed. Use the Item Filter to set the selection filters.

Click Edit Domain to add product filters for the data feed.

Click Confirm to save the changes. The module automatically recalculates the number of products included in the feed according to the selected filters.

To manage feed products, click the link with the number of records or use the Items button at the top of the feed form.

Feed Prices

Before connecting the feed to Rozetka, configure product prices. Go to the Settings tab and, in the Prices section, select a Pricelist. This pricelist determines product prices.

To include promotional and special prices in the data feed, fill in the Sale Pricelist and Promo Pricelist fields. Set up these price lists in advance and define lower product prices.

Stock Locations

The module allows you to select warehouses (stock locations) to calculate on-hand quantities.

Go to the Settings tab, Stock section. Select the desired Stock Locations in the field.

As a result, the module calculates stock levels for the data feed using only the specified stock locations.

UTM Parameters

A UTM parameter is a marketing tool that helps you analyze user paths and track conversions. To add UTM parameters to product links in your Rozetka feed, enable the Add UTM option on the feed Settings tab and enter the source parameters.

Rozetka Product Categories

The module lets you download Rozetka product categories into Odoo. To do this, go to the Rozetka section on the feed Settings tab, enter your Rozetka store credentials, and click Sync.

Caching

If your feed contains a large product list, processing can take a long time, and the external system may time out waiting for a response. Install the extension to cache data feeds, set update frequencies, and split large product processing into smaller parts.

The module includes data feed columns preconfigured according to Rozetka Marketplace requirements. These columns map to standard fields and use native Odoo product management logic. You can reconfigure the feed columns through the Odoo UI to map them to your custom product fields.

To manage columns, click the Columns button at the top of the feed form.

The list of available feed columns is in the table below.

You can configure the data feed for Heureka at the product level. Odoo product data feed modules by Garazd Creation include extensions that allow you to enrich your products in Odoo with additional information and share it via the feed:

• Product Brands for Data Feeds — adds the ability to specify the product brand
• Product Data Feed — adds specific settings according to the analytics system or marketplace

Below are the product settings relevant to Rozetka.

Brand

To specify a brand, open a product, go to the General Information tab, and fill in the Brand field.

Categories and Attributes

The Rozetka section on the Data Feeds tab allows you to specify a product category, its attributes, and other information required by the marketplace.

To fill out a product form with attributes from the Rozetka marketplace:

  Select a Category from the list

  Click the icon next to the Category field to synchronize the product features list for that category

  In the pop-up window, select an Attribute from the list, enter a Value, and click Set

The added product attributes appear in the list below.

Enter the product Name and Description according to marketplace guidelines. To review formatting instructions, click the question mark icon next to the corresponding field.

Before connecting the data feed to the Rozetka Marketplace, you can preview the generated XML file in Odoo and use Rozetka's validator to check for errors.

Feed Preview

Click the Preview button on the feed form to view your configuration output.

Price List Validator

The Rozetka Marketplace offers two ways to validate your product data feed. The first option lets anyone check an XML file without logging in to their account:

  Copy the feed URL from Odoo

  Paste the copied feed link into the URL field

  Enter your Email address to receive the validation report

  Complete the Captcha and click Check to start validation

Validation in the Merchant Account

The second option is to check your XML price list inside your Rozetka Marketplace seller account:

  Paste the copied Odoo feed URL into the corresponding field

Connecting the XML File

After successfully verifying the feed file in the validator, send the XML feed URL to your Rozetka account manager to activate it and publish your products on the marketplace.
