Odoo App Installation

Upload modules

Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.

Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.

Update App List

After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.

Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.

Activate the App

Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.

* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.

Using
Export Label Template to XML file
To save your label templates to the XML file, open the label template list and select the required ones, or open one of the templates. The template list is in the "Technical" menu, "Reporting" - "Label Templates". Select the Export to XML action from the Actions menu to get a file with label templates.

Import Label Template from XML file
From the saved XML file you can restore your label templates. Open the label template list, and click Import to start the process.

In the popup, click on Upload your file and provide the XML file with templates. Click Import for importing label templates from the file.
