Connect to heureka!shops via Odoo XML data feeds
The Heureka XML feed is configured according to official Heureka documentation and includes all required and commonly used columns. This module provides Heureka product category and attribute imports that you can manage directly in Odoo. Your product data is generated in real time whenever Heureka requests your XML feed, providing up-to-date prices, image URLs, parameters, and other product details.
Set up your Heureka XML feed once, and accurate data will transfer continuously. This solution allows you to create and configure multiple data feeds if required by your business needs.

Manual
Data Import
After installing the module, first import product categories and attributes from Heureka Marketplace.
Import Heureka Product Categories
To download the list of Heureka product categories into Odoo, go to the Website — Configuration — Heureka — Import Categories menu. In the import wizard, select a Language and click Import/Update. Wait for the download to complete, as this may take some time.
The list of Heureka product categories is available in the Website — Configuration — Heureka — Categories menu.
Import Heureka Product Attributes
The module also allows you to retrieve a list of Heureka product attributes (characteristics). To do this, go to the Website — Configuration — Heureka — Import Attributes menu. The import wizard functions similarly to the category import: select a Language, click Import/Update, and wait for the process to complete.
Feed Configuration
Open the feed list to prepare one of them for your needs. Go to the Website — eCommerce — Products — Product Data Feeds menu.
The module comes with a ready-to-use data feed template configured according to Heureka requirements.
Feed Products
First, determine which products to include in the data feed. Use the Item Filter to set the selection filters.
Click Edit Domain to add product filters for the data feed.
Click Confirm to save the changes. The module automatically recalculates the number of products included in the feed according to the selected filters.
To manage feed products, click the link with the number of records or use the Items button at the top of the feed form.
Price Configuration
Before connecting the feed to Heureka, configure product prices. Go to the Settings tab and, in the Prices section, select a Pricelist. This pricelist determines product prices.
UTM Parameters
A UTM parameter is a marketing tool that helps you analyze user paths and track conversions. To add UTM parameters to product links in your Heureka feed, enable the Add UTM option on the feed Settings tab and enter the source parameters.
Caching
If your feed contains a large product list, processing can take a long time, and the external system may time out waiting for a response. Install the extension to cache data feeds, set update frequencies, and split large product processing into smaller parts.
Feed Columns
The module includes data feed columns preconfigured according to Heureka Marketplace requirements. These columns map to standard fields and use native Odoo product management logic. You can reconfigure the feed columns through the Odoo UI to map them to your custom product fields.
To manage columns, click the Columns button at the top of the feed form.

Product Configuration
You can configure the data feed for Heureka at the product level. Odoo product data feed modules by Garazd Creation include extensions that allow you to enrich your products in Odoo with additional information and share it via the feed:
- Product Brands for Data Feeds — adds the ability to specify the product brand
- Number Fields for Data Feeds — adds fields for international numbers and product codes
- Product Data Feed — adds specific settings according to the analytics system or marketplace
Below are the product settings relevant to Heureka.
Brand
To specify a brand, open a product, go to the General Information tab, and fill in the Brand field.
Codes and Links
Specify the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) on the Extra tab under the Codes section, and add the product video overview link under the URLs section.
Categories and Attributes
The Heureka section on the Data Feeds tab allows you to specify a product category and its attributes.
Select a Category from the list and click Add Attribute Value to add a product characteristic.
In the pop-up window, select an Attribute from the list, enter a Value, and click Set.
The added product attributes appear in the list below.
Cost Per Click
The module allows you to set the maximum cost you are willing to pay per click for a product. To do this, open the product template, go to the Data Feeds tab, and enter a value in the Cost Per Click field.
