Payment QR Code on invoices for Ukraine
This module automatically adds a QR code with payment details to customer invoices in Odoo. The solution simplifies the payment process for customers, allowing them to transfer funds in a few clicks via mobile banking.
Once installed and configured, the QR code is automatically generated based on the company's payment details and the invoice amount, displayed directly on the invoice document. This ensures speed, accuracy, and convenience when paying invoices issued from Odoo.
The module supports the standard QR code format for Ukrainian bank payments, making it fully compatible with popular mobile banking apps in Ukraine.

Odoo App Installation
Upload modules
Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.
Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.
Update App List
After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.
Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.
Activate the App
Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.
* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.
Configuration
Follow the instructions in the module description to complete the installation process and start using the app.

Activation
First, go to Invoicing — Configuration — Settings, and under the Customer Payments section, enable the QR Codes option so that QR codes can be added to invoices.
Enter a Purpose of payments pattern so that this text is included in the payment details.
Company Configuration
Next, ensure that your company form contains all required payment details.
Go to the Contacts menu and open your company card.
For proper operation, enter the number in the Tax ID or Company ID field on the Sales and Purchase tab.
On the Invoicing tab, under the Bank Accounts section, add your account's IBAN number.
Invoice Settings
On the customer invoice, go to the Other Info tab, specify the Recipient Bank, and select Ukrainian QR-bill in the Payment QR-code field.
Verifying the Result
To preview the updated document, click Print or Preview.
The module adds a QR code to the invoice, which customers can scan to immediately proceed with payment in their mobile banking app.
Additional Features
The module is fully compatible with the Odoo Sales Reports for Ukraine solution. This allows you to include the payment QR code in the following reports:
- Proforma Invoice from Sales Order
- Customer Invoice
- Delivery Note
- Acceptance Act for Services/Works
