The module is designed to automatically add a QR code with payment details to invoices in the Odoo system. This solution simplifies the payment process for customers, allowing them to transfer funds in just a few clicks through mobile banking.

Once installed and configured, the QR code is automatically generated based on the company’s payment details and invoice amount, and displayed directly on the invoice. This ensures speed, accuracy, and convenience when processing payments for invoices issued from Odoo.

The module supports the QR code format used by Ukrainian banking systems, making it fully compatible with popular mobile banking applications in Ukraine.

Odoo App Installation

Upload modules

Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.

Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.

Update App List

After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.

Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.

Activate the App

Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.

* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.

Follow the instructions in the module description to complete the installation process and start using the app.

Activation

To enable the feature, go to the Invoicing - Configuration - Settings - Customer Payments section and activate the QR Codes option to include QR codes on invoices.

Enter a Purpose of payments, which will appear in the payment details.

Company Configuration

Next, make sure that your company record contains all the required payment details.

To do this, go to the Contacts menu and open your company card.

For correct operation, enter the number in the Tax ID or Company ID field on the Sales & Purchase tab.

On the Invoicing tab, in the Bank Accounts section, add the IBAN number of your bank account.

Invoice Configuration

In the invoice, on the Other Info tab, specify the Recipient Bank and select Ukrainian QR-bill in the Payment QR-code field.

Since the Payment QR-code field is required, a default value can be saved to avoid filling it in manually. To do this, activate the Developer Mode, then open the Debug menu and click Set Default Values in the Record section. In the popup window, select the value in the Default field, specify the Condition and the users for whom the setting is applied, then click Save default.

Checking the result

To see the result, click Print or Preview.

The QR code is added to the invoice, allowing the customer to scan it and proceed directly to their banking app for payment.

Additional Features

The solution is fully compatible with the Sales Reports for Ukraine module. The payment QR code can also be added to the following reports:

Preliminary invoice for sales order
Invoice
Expense invoice
Certificate of completion of works/services
