Odoo App Installation
Upload modules
Upload modules from the ZIP archive to your Odoo hosting, or a GitHub repository connected there.
Place the unzipped modules in your custom add-on directory and restart the Odoo system service.
Update App List
After restarting, activate the Developer Mode, and go to the Apps menu.
Click on Update Apps List to fetch the new modules in the list.
Activate the App
Install the new module, finding it by name and clicking on the Activate button.
* If you don't see the module, try to remove the default Apps filter from the search bar.

Follow the instructions in the module description to complete the installation process and start using the app.

Getting the Website ID
Before adding the JS script to your site, get your website ID:

01Log in to your Mouseflow account

02Go to Settings — Site — Site Configuration

03Copy the Website ID
Activating Tracking in Odoo
After installing the module, activate tracking:

01Navigate to the website settings

02Enable Mouseflow Tracking in the Tracking and SEO section

03Paste the copied ID into the Website ID field

04Save the settings
The module then automatically inserts the Mouseflow script onto every page of your Odoo website.
Verifying Mouseflow Code Installation
To confirm that the Mouseflow code is installed properly, open any page of your Odoo website.
Return to your Mouseflow account and open the website list.
If the script works correctly, an Activate Tracking button appears under your site.
Click Activate Tracking and confirm the action in the pop-up window to start tracking visitor activity on your Odoo website.
